procurement process for framework contracts for the provision of
property maintenance services of building, mechanical and
electrical works, with effect from 1st November 2022.
That Cabinet delegates the authority to award these contracts and
any associated contracts, to the Strategic Director of Resources on
terms and conditions acceptable to him.
