The Portfolio Holder for Customer & Transformation is asked to give permission for Warwickshire Libraries to submit an application to Arts Council England for Warwickshire Libraries to become a National Portfolio Organisation (NPO). If successful, Warwickshire Libraries will receive funding of up to £630K over 3 years to support cultural and creative programming, delivery and staffing.
