That the Deputy Leader (Finance and Property) gives approval to add the following Section 106 developer-funded schemes to the capital programme:

· Provision of a pair of bus stops with infrastructure and traffic management within 1km of the development on Southam Road in Radford Semele. Approximate cost £49.1k;

· Enhancement of bus stops within the vicinity of the development in Bishops Tachbrook. Approximate cost £16.3k;

· Bus stop improvements at Rugby Road B4453 in Cubbington. Approximate cost £12.3k;

· Improvement of bus stops along Damson Road in Hampton Magna. Approximate cost £9.7k;

· Provision of two new bus stops near or at the site to improve access to public transport in Temple Herdewyke. Approximate cost £13.8k; and

· Provision of bus stops, bus shelters and/or crossing facilities on the B4100 near the Jaguar Land Rover/British Motor Museum site near Gaydon. Approximate cost £30k.
