That Cabinet:
1) Declares the land coloured green on the plan at the Appendix to be surplus; and
2) Authorises the Strategic Director for Resources to dispose of the land and acquire the land shown coloured yellow on the plan at the Appendix for highway purposes on terms and conditions acceptable to him.
