1. approves the allocation of an additional £200,000 from Capital Investment Fund as match funding for a contribution from the government Getting Building Fund, to enable the completion of the works (as confirmed in Option 2 of the Report) including full roof replacement

2. approves the addition of the funding and works to the Capital Programme 3. authorises the Strategic Director for Communities to undertake appropriate procurement activity and enter into any agreements necessary to give effect to the proposals within Option 2 on terms and conditions acceptable to the Strategic Director for Resources
