Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property gives approval to the addition of the following s278 fully developer-funded highway improvement schemes to the Capital Programme for 2023/24:

 

A425 Banbury Road/Myton Road Junction Mitigation Scheme - of approximate value £1.5m.

Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property (Deputy Leader)

 

1)    approves the addition to the Capital Programme of the scheme to create additional space in Year 2 and Year 4 at Weddington Primary School at an estimated cost of £0.026 million (£26,000) to be funded from S106 receipts; and

 

2)    approves the addition to the Capital Programme of the scheme to improve ICT infrastructure at Aylesford School at an estimated cost of £0.320 million (£320,000) to be funded from S106 receipts.

Irrecoverable Debts

Minutes:

Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care & Health writes-off as irrecoverable the debts as detailed in this report.

 

4.

Irrecoverable Debt Write Off

Minutes:

Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property approves the writing off by the County Council of the debts detailed and for the reasons set out in the report.

 

 

5.

0-5 Public Health Nursing Service: Urgent 18-month extension

Minutes:

Resolved that the Leader approves an 18-month extension for the 0-5 Public Health Nursing Service (Health Visiting) contract under Regulation 14 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

6.

Portfolio Holder Report for Trading Standards Fees and Charges for 2024/25

Minutes:

 

Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Fire & Rescue and Community Safety approves the level of the Trading Standards and Calibration Fees and Charges for 2024/25 as set out in the report and Appendix 1.
