Election of Chair Minutes: Councillor Parminder Singh Birdi proposed that Councillor Marian Humphreys be appointed as Chair. This was seconded by Councillor Barbara Brown and unanimously approved by members.
Resolved
That Councillor Marian Humphreys be appointed Chair of the Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

Election of Vice-Chair Minutes: Councillor Marian Humphreys proposed that Councillor Jerry Roodhouse be appointed as Vice-Chair. This was seconded by Councillor Justin Kerridge and unanimously approved by members.
Resolved
