2.	Election of Chair Minutes: Councillor Tim Sinclair proposed that Councillor Adrian Warwick be appointed as Chair. This was seconded by Councillor Rik Spencer and unanimously approved by members. Resolved That Councillor Adrian Warwick be appointed Chair of the Resources and Fire & Rescue Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Election of Vice Chair Minutes: Councillor Wallace Redford proposed that Councillor Parminder Singh Birdi be appointed Vice Chair. This was seconded by Councillor Rob Tromans and unanimously approved by members. Resolved That Councillor Parminder Singh Birdi be appointed Vice Chair of the Resources and Fire & Rescue Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
