1.	Appointment of Chair To appoint a Chair for the meeting. Minutes: Councillor Jo Barker nominated Councillor John Cooke to the Chair. This was seconded by Councillor Ian Shenton. A vote was held and Councillor Cooke was unanimously elected as Chair for the meeting.

PDF 307 KB Minutes: Councillor Sarah Feeney moved the recommendation which was seconded by Councillor Ian Shenton. A vote was held. The recommendation was unanimously supported. Resolved: That the dispensations set out in Appendix A of the report be granted to the Police and Crime Commissioner when attending the Council as a co-opted member for the purposes of Section 7 of the Policing and Crime Act 2017. The meeting rose at 10:10.
