Consultation on the Establishment of SEND Resourced Provisions Additional documents: Minutes: Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Education agrees to the undertaking of a statutory process, including a consultation, as part of the establishment of Specialist Resourced Provision to cater for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at Glendale Infant School (Nuneaton) and Nursery Hill Primary School (Nuneaton).

Annual Pay and Display charge review Additional documents: Minutes: Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Transport and Planning:
approves the increase of on-street charges, following the agreed Countywide annual review of the on-street Pay and Display charges and taking into account the District and Borough off-street pricing structures;
approves the increase to be applied to Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford Upon Avon from the 1st April 2025. This will be subject to completion of the required statutory process;
supports the continuance of the existing on-street charges in Rugby to reflect the lower rates applied to the off-street car parks.
