2.	Election of Chair Minutes: Councillor Andrew Wright proposed that Councillor Jeff Clarke be Chair of the committee for the municipal year. This was seconded by Councillor Mejar Singh. Resolved That Councillor Clarke be Chair of the Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the municipal year.
3.	Election of Vice-Chair Minutes: Councillor Jeff Clarke proposed that Councillor Jonathan Chilvers be Vice-Chair of the committee for the municipal year. This was seconded by Councillor Bhagwant Singh Pandher. Resolved That Councillor Chilvers be Vice-Chair of the Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the municipal year.
