Purpose of committee

The Board was established by Council on 5 February 2015 to meet the requirements of the Public Services Pension Act 2013 for each Local Government Pension Scheme to set up a Local Pension Board to assist the Scheme Manager (i.e. Warwickshire County Council) in ensuring compliance with legislation and the Pension Regulator's requirements.
