Purpose of committee
This committee reviews and scrutinises the functions of the Council relating to the fire & rescue service budget, medium term financial strategy, council plan, planning and performance arrangements, finance, property, information technology, facilities management, workforce strategy and development, law and governance, libraries, customer service and communications.
