That the Portfolio Holder for Education agrees to the undertaking of a statutory process as part of the establishment of Specialist Resourced Provision to cater for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at Briar Hill Infant School (Leamington Spa), St Paul’s CofE Primary School (Nuneaton) and Park Hill Junior School (Kenilworth).
