Better Care Fund 2021/22 Plan

The Policy Framework and Planning Requirements for 2021/22 were published on the 1st October 2021 and require each Health and Wellbeing Board to submit a Plan for 2021/22 by the 16th November 2021.

 

The local authority is therefore working with Coventry and Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS partners to now finalise a plan to meet the national conditions. The submission includes completion of the Planning Template detailing financial and performance arrangements and a separate Narrative.
