Capital Funding housing and care development (Transforming Care)

Cabinet approval is required to progress with the capital funding bid for the development of a core and cluster scheme to accommodate people with learning disabilities and autism who are at risk of admission to a mental health hospital, or those currently in hospitals, to facilitate step down into the community.

The proposal includes disposal of land owned by Warwickshire County Council for the above development, which will require cabinet approval.
