within budget, through proactive and pragmatic deployment of our
resources.
Informed by our Risk Analysis, which will be shared across the
Service, we aim to put the right people with the right skills,
training and equipment in the right place at the right time to
reduce or mitigate risk, using whichever control measure , or
combination of control measures, is most appropriate.
