We seek approval to undertake public
consultation on options for the redesign of HRS services to be
commissioned for contract start on 1st August 2024 with reduced
funding in line with Medium Term Financial Strategy savings.? The
aim of the service is to provide a short-term targeted service to
enable customers to live independently without support as soon as
practicable in the interests of the customer.?
The proposed delivery model is in response to feedback and
recommendations from a needs assessment and engagement work with
key stakeholders (HRS customers, Warwickshire Housing Board, and
WCC commissioners and providers).
