Approval is sought to proceed with tenders for
a new Traffic Modelling Framework.
The County Council has been operating a Traffic Modelling Framework
with a single supplier for the past three years, (we are currently
in the final 12-month extension period) and this has proved
critical to the support of the Local Plan process and development
assessments. To ensure continuity of this service it is necessary
to test the market to ensure that best value can be achieved
through provision of a new framework.
